First, go to https://jdaawards.com.my/ and click the “SUBMIT ENTRY” button

You will then be taken to the “JDA 2025 Submission Form” page. For the first part you need to fill in the “Contact Person” detail

IMPORTANT:
(THE CONTACT PERSON IS THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT OF ALL CORRESPONDENCES RELATING TO THIS APPLICATION. )

After filling all the detail click the button “Next”

For the second part you need to fill in the “Lead Designer” detail (This part is optional if the designer is a different person from “Contact Person”)

After filling all the detail click the button “Next” (note: if you want to change the previous detail just click the “Previous” button)

For the third part you need to select your entry’s category

For example:

(If you choose “RM 400 (JIDA Member)” you need to fill in your member code and select the category you want to participate in)

After choosing your category click the button “Next” (note: if you want to change the previous detail just click the “Previous” button)

For the fourth part you need to fill in your project detail
IMPORTANT:
(PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PROJECT DETAIL IS CORRECTLY FILLED)

IMPORTANT:
(Please read and follow the “Image Submission Requirements” in the Submission Guide 2025 before you upload your project file)

After filling in all project detail click the button “Next” (note: if you want to change the previous detail just click the “Previous” button)

For the payment details part please make sure you have read the “Declaration” and tick the small box.

After submitting all the details, the last thing you need to do is make a payment. You can check your payment total at the “Total” and click submit

The submit button will take you to the stripe payment page
Just fill in your card information and click the button “Pay”

After the payment you will see a sentence “your form has been successfully submitted.”
